CURRENT FAQs for PBJ Policy Manual | Aug 2026

The active, current PBJ FAQ document was published in August 2026 as a minor technical update to reflect changes triggered by CMS’ move to the iQIES PBJ Reporting system from the prior QIES system. 

This FAQ modified two previously answered questions:

• Q17 (2026): How do I register to submit data?
  Updates with the new iQIES access request process

• Q22 (2026): When entering data manually, how do I know my data has been submitted?
  Provides new instructions on how to verify file uploads in iQIES
